A note from your web team: this policy is a plain-language starting template written for a small private chef business. It covers the basics honestly, but it is not legal advice. Before relying on it for anything beyond a simple small-business website, have it reviewed by a professional.

The short version

Elliott Cooks collects only what you choose to send us: your inquiry details and, if you join the Seasonal Table, your email address. We use that information to plan your dinner and to send occasional menu updates. We never sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

Booking inquiries: your name, email, optional phone number, event date, guest count, occasion and anything you write in your message.
Seasonal Table signups: your email address.
Basic visit statistics: we use privacy-respecting analytics that count page visits without cookies or personal profiles. We can see, for example, how many people visited the menu page, but not who you are.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, plan your menu and coordinate your event.
To send Seasonal Table subscribers occasional emails (roughly one or two a month) about new menus and open dates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To keep simple records of past events, including dietary notes you shared, so repeat dinners are easier.

How your information travels

Form submissions are delivered to Elliott's email through a form-delivery service, and email itself is handled by our email provider. These services process your submission solely to deliver it to us. We do not share, rent or sell your information to anyone for marketing.

Allergies and health information

If you share allergy or dietary information, we use it only to plan and cook your meal safely, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and for reasonable event records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the Seasonal Table at any time using the link in any email.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry history or contact details by emailing elliotthogue774@gmail.com, and we will do so within 30 days unless we need a record for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics work without cookies.

Children

This website is intended for adults booking dining services and does not knowingly collect information from children.
